Gliwee Electric came into the project after another electrical company had not completed the job in a satisfactory manner. Chris was friendly and professional when listening to my request to fix some breakers in our electrical panel. He sent Cliff over to check out the issue and he was able to fix the issue and helped on another issue with a GFI switch. They are now my "go to guys" for electrical concerns.

I did not realize that the project would be in two phases. I had the check made out for a complete job in one days&#39; time; however, the owner said that he did not have all the parts.

Thank you for your review, Janice. As always, we appreciate all customer feedback to help us serve our clients with the utmost professionalism and integrity. Certainly as we have all experienced, hiccups can happen on a job from time to time. I think it's fair to mention that the other estimates you received recommended a TOTAL panel replacement rather than what was actually needed in the way of "updating your breakers" with new UL listed breakers. I'm glad we were able to resolve your flickering lights issue for less than half the cost of a full panel replacement. In all fairness, the specialty breaker we did not have on the service truck was difficult to procure considering it was after hours at the supply house. Which is why I was more than happy to return the next morning on Christmas Eve to resolve the delay in the installation. We will strive to do better next time!

Encountered a few unexpected problems which were solved. Left the work area clean. He is union trained with experience. He answered all my questions as the job progressed. Long wait on qualified electricians so call in advance of your job.

I put in a request for Gilwee Electric and got a call in a few minutes.Chris came out the next morning to look at the panel replacement and other work I needed done, he found out my panel in the garage was also out of date. He e mailed me a quote that afternoon. Chris was very professional,knowledge,organized, and efficient.He took care of all of the permits,pg&e etc..He seemed to have a good relationship and respected by the building department,Pg&e,his staff etc..Chris and his staff did a great job and made sure that everything was done right.His prices were very reasonable even on extra work he had to do because of previous poor workmanship. I was extremely happy with the whole experience and would give him and his staff more than a 5 if I could.

Very impressed with Chris. Quickly understood my problems and replaced two circuit breakers in a residential panel, and cleaned up the extra wiring in the panel. Found a CFI switch that was bad and replaced. Good workmanship and nice guy. Very knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to hire again.

He acquired all needed permits and inspections and The panel was switched in one day. He had a general contractor that completed the drywall and siding work before and after the panel replacement. Chris came out the same afternoon he got the notice from Home Advisor and gave me a very fair and accurate estimate. I was impressed right off with his professional attitude, knowledge and friendliness. We communicated online and made an appointment for the installation of a new electrical panel. Chris took care of all the necessary county permits and contacted PG&E. He was right on time, did the installation and left a nice clean work site. His finish price was true to his bid with no hidden fees or surprises. I was impressed with the fact that Placer County & PG&E showed a high respect for his work. I would highly recommend Chris. During the hottest weekend of the year, my folks experienced not only a non working AC (parts were on order) but intermittent power outages - for parts of their house. PGE was on site immediatly and determined that the main circuit breaker on the home was melted. An electrician was needed. Chris came by on Sunday to evaluate the situation and informed us of his plan of action. Due to my folks ongoing medical issues (oxygen tanks in the home) he was able to get an emergency permit and all the parts needed, first thing Monday morning. By the time I brought my folks back to their home, they spent the weekend at my place, Chris had already been hard at work and the new Electrical Panel was in place. PGE was called and their power restored by 2 pm. Chris did excellent work, was quick, efficient, and very respectful of my parent's needs. We sure could use someone of his caliber here in Stockton.
